duties include, but are not limited to:
pull orders from tru-commerce electronic data interface system
once the order is filled in shipping, transmit invoices through the tru-commerce edi system and input into our in-house accounting software, sage (peachtree).
print shipping labels, and schedule shipping carriers per customer directions.
resolve customer issues as they arise.
heavy data entry with extreme attention to detail.
general office duties. back-up for phones.
requirements include: good verbal and written communication skills. proficiency in excel. sage/quickbooks and accounting experience is a plus. must be highly motivated, extremely organized, customer-centric, detail oriented, work well in a team environment, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
job type: full-time, monday – friday 7:30 – 4:00 pm
some overtime is available during peak season (january-may)
pay: from $12 per hour
