responsibilities
packer job duties: packer checks finished product for quality issues, as it comes off of conveyor.packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into boxes.after packing containers, he / she will pass the box to the “tape machine”.packer erects and labels boxes, as needed.grinds poor quality product.re-packs product as needed.clean inside and outside of machinery.maintains good housekeeping practicesremain at assigned work station for breaks until the team member scheduled to relieve arrives.remain at assigned work station at the end of your scheduled shift for a minimum of 5 minutes or until the person scheduled to relieve arrives.
