what you'll do

when working on this team, you’ll ensure that sentry stays ahead of any potential system failures and other threats to our network. if a problem arises, you’ll be the first line of support resolving the it operations production issues and, if necessary, escalating it to the correct department for further support. in addition, you’ll:

monitor the health of multiple environments, applications, web services, systems and telephony platforms used within sentry provision it services to sentry associates (exchange mailboxes, telephony setups, etc) respond to events and escalate into established incident management process for efficient resolutions resolve it associated issues in person and over the phone when necessarywhat it takes associate degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline or a combination of relevant education and experience 0-2 years of related experience general understanding of server, networking, and telephony concepts experience with microsoft exchange, microsoft teams, and amazon connect ability to analyze and support general technical issues problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple prioritieswhat you'll receive
