qualifications & requirements:-bachelor’s degree preferred-10+ years’ experience in food manufacturing-5+ years experience as a plant manager in poultry food manufacturing-flexible to work with all shifts as needed-strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others-proficiency in computer skills, microsoft office (windows, outlook, excel)
