qualifications
active, unencumbered rn and np license in the state of practice
national board certification in adult, family, or geriatric specialties
has an active dea license
current bls for medical provider
must have valid state driver license and automobile insurance
strong computer skills with knowledge working in an electronic medical records system
2+ years' experience in care of adult, chronically ill patients preferred
must be willing to travel in 50-mile radius from primary residence
