1st shift: 8am-5pm

scope
develop a method of identifying parts which would benefit the most from cam, and program parts accordingly.

job duties
review manufacturing history of various parts to determine priority of cam programing develop cam programs for identified parts
test cam programs on production equipment with machinist input
estimate cost savings per part, per year
compare actual savings to estimate
investigate tooling options to help realize cost savings
identify any special tools currently used to manufacture the parts
other duties assigned
