we are a local business that is part of a global staffing organization. we are currently searching for someone to provide support with employee recruitment, telephone screening, record keeping and compliance.

a recruiter will be responsible for telephone interviews, documenting accurate information in a database and communicating hiring needs directly with clients and prospects. you will work closely with the sales and internal team to fill open job requisitions for our clients.

what we are looking for:

*candidates with excellent oral and written communication skills
* ability to work independently and collaboratively
* strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task
* customer service and call center experience a huge plus
* prior recruiting experience a plus
* knowledge of outlook and data entry in a crm
* knowledge of employment laws a plus
* college degree a plus

this is a temp to perm opportunity to become a part of our team! the position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement. you will have a direct impact on putting people to work!   

$40,000/year based on experience annually plus additional commission can be earned upon full time placement internally.   
pto and paid holidays available.
