we are searching for a highly-skilled and motivated human resources recruiter that is looking to better their skills. does this sound like you? we need to find a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities to work with this organization. this position is in charge of recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. you will be in charge of both recruiting functions and a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, as well as providing clerical support to the hr department. experience in candidates should apply as soon as possible!
key responsibilities
- running interviews
- stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
- authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements
- supporting new-permanent on-boarding paperwork/orientations
- directing various administrative duties
- putting to use digital recruiting resources
- making internal recommendations- the top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

- ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

- experience with office applications and software, as well as human resource information systems (hris)

- we need someone who is highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

- deep understanding of adp online

- adp financial services experience

- hris experience desired

- adp workforce now experience

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
