preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for the two main cash disbursement accounts in addition to several other corporate bank accountsthe staff accountnat will continuously follow-up on all reconciling items and provide regular updates to direct leadershipperform required month-end close activities, including accurate preparation and recording of journal entriesregularly review outstanding checksstaff accountant will assist with testing and training during implementation of new erp system specifically related to bank reconciliationsdocument all processes at the standard operating procedure level

minimum requirements of the staff accountant:

1+ years of relevant accounting experiencebachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencesystem savvy and proficient in excel
