Forklift operator - united states, linden

Our busy linden client has immediate openings for sit down forklift operators.  they have day and night shift and both shifts require a commitment to overtime.  they are working 10 to 11 hour days due to peak season needs.  the pay is $19.00 per hour.  the qualified candidate must have forklift experience and willing to get off the forklift to pitch in with general labor duties such as restacking, pallet wrapping and clean up.
shift monday-saturday 5am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-9:45pm 
 
minimum of 1 year of recent forklift experience ability to lift up to 50 lbs. shrink wrapping pallets rework of damaged product general clean up ideally they want people to be able to work both shifts, flipping every two months 

retention program of up to $1000 / paid every 30 days / $300, $300 then $400
