description: our client is currently seeking a network engineer w/ an active secret clearance
- cissp, ccna, ccnp, and/or ccie certifications, orequivalent hands on and network design experience.- 6 + years related exp with cisco switches, networktest, network security, network analyzer- ability to prepare briefings and technical reports.must demonstrate excellent oral and writtencommunication.- ability to lead a joint system and softwareengineering team in specification, development andtest of middleware services is desired.- ability to decompose, define and document systemperformance requirements and associated keymeasurements of effectiveness.
