what you get to do every day

- monitor accounts by balancing entries

- maintain and balance general ledger

- be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts

- look after archived records by categorizing documents

- examine payments received and record deposits

- produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information- 1+ years of previous experience as a bookkeeper

- bs degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred

- earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired

- comprehensive knowledge of full charge bookkeeping

- deep understanding of bank reconciliations

- foundational knowledge in credit card reconciliation

- financial reconciliation experience highly desired

- account reconciliation experience

- adeptness in inventory reconciliation
