job responsibilities:design, code, and verify embedded software for controlled system applications per requirements/detailed designreview and comprehend software specificationsperform software package integration and release from modular code contentactively participate in software meetings/work sessions/code reviewsperform software/hardware debug tasks as necessarydocument software designs and/or architecture as necessaryrequirement qualifications:bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineeringexperience with lower layer software development (e.g. initialization, hardware i/o, adc sci, spi, timers, memory management, failsafe, real-time operating systems, task structure, apis, flash programming, boot, serial communication - can, kw2000, flexray)knowledge of c, c , and assembly language programming for embedded systemsexcellent written and oral communication skillsexcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with othershigh level of analytical ability and ability to solve complex problems
