hr generalist role:
the hr generalist will provide support to employees on hr related items to including, talent development, performance management, employee relation issues, etc.
assist president and managers on performance evaluation procedures
assist president and managers with termination and exit interviews-as needed 
assist with facilitation of annual employee benefits enrollment 
monitors personnel transactions through ukg
assist in monitoring workflow of request forms within adp 
manage employee relations issues and ensure concerns are properly identified and resolved  
provide guidance on items such as policies, employment law, employee relations, performance issues.
conduct hr related training new employee orientation 
assist in background/drug screens
assist with candidate screening-as needed
ensure compliance with all applicable local laws, corporate policies, and procedures, and identify opportunities to develop new business practices/guidelines.

hr generalist background profile:
bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or equivalent experience
5-7 years in human resources
healthcare experience preferred-not required
proficient in microsoft 
organizational, written, and oral communication skills 
problem solving skills
