ultimate staffing is looking for multiple fabric associates for a manufacturing company in watertown ct!  1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available!  apply today! 

position responsibilities
* use of basic hand tools (tape measure and scissors) and additional hand tools as needed
and trained to use.
* knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
* physical ability to repetitively perform folding, pulling, bending, and kneeling throughout
the day.
* successfully maintain safe work practices.
* maintain good housekeeping.
* mental aptitude to learn different jobs and be a cross-functional team member.
* strong communication skills.
* basic understanding of engineering drawings.
* physical and mental ability to work long hours as needed to comply with our customers'
requirements.
* meet or exceed our quality expectations by identifying any issues with our product's quality.
* maintain excellent attendance.
* ability to learn and regularly use other machinery in the fabric area, including but not
limited to, logo machine, hand welder, sewing machine, and hand dryer.

position requirements - education, skills, background, & experience
* ability to read, write, and speak english.
* ability to read, write, and speak spanish, a plus.
* comfortable working in conditions of repetitive motions.
* ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
* working overtime as needed to satisfy our customers' orders.
* excellent problem-solving skills.
* experience with following sops and quality control processes.
