job description/responsibilities: sentech services, with more than 30 years of staffing and recruiting success, is rapidly growing and is looking for a machine operator.

must have ability to operate various machines such as inserters, inkjet, card affixing, etc.must learn and possess ability to set up various machinery.perform various maintenance on machines.learn production standards and achieve them.must know how to sort mail.responsible for live postage (stamps and meter).fundamental understanding of meter rates and endorsements.must assist in setting up jobs and performing quality control throughout job.must adhere to all safety guidelines while performing job responsibilities.perform various other duties when requested.assist team leader in all areas of mail production.

skills:

 2-3 years’ experience in mechanical operation.  must be able to follow instructions and perform various tasks. must be able to cross train to various functions. must communicate to team lead and production manager. must be able to lift, pull, or push loads within reasonable weights (10-15#). know and adhere to iso work instructions.

personal characteristics:

•neat in appearance as well as a constructive open-minded attitude. ability as well as willingness to use initiative to achieve goal of 100% customer satisfaction. must be able to respond to adversity and last-minute situations in a positive manner.

work hours:  2nd shift from 3:30 pm - midnight

pay rate: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
