marketing intern: content and communications

location: louisville, ky or boulder, co (required)

the marketing intern: content and communications supports the sustainable business division client communications and content teams by providing research, copywriting, and administrative services. the position will work closely with the internal teams and contribute to client deliverables for some of the world’s leading brands.

key responsibilities

content marketing

support the development of draft content for both internal and external use, including press releases, media pitches, social media copy search image library for appropriate images to pair with developed content update and maintain content assets on an ongoing basis, including fixing video thumbnails, seo/keyword tagging, backend updates initiate workfront content management system requests to support global collaboration monitor media for relevant 3rd party content for sharing on social media participate in creative brainstorming exercises attend relevant educational webinars, take notes, and report back to team to keep team informed of relevant market changes explore vendors for creative services as needed

client communication services

conduct web-based research to help services team prepare for client calls conduct competitive benchmark research for client projects & pitches and research needs stemming from client requests/needs take notes during subject-matter expert interviews for messaging development; draft client stories help with project logistics, such as scheduling webinars/training sessions provide administrative support for client deliverables and project team
