Customer experience account manager - united states, lashkar gah
sunpro solar an adt company is looking for a customer experience account manager. as the account manager, you will champion opportunities to consistently improve the sunpro solar experience for our customers.
responsibilities:
* perform all 'welcome calls' to new sunpro customers.
* day after, install completion, follow up calls.
* always provide consistent, honest updates to your customers.
* drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
* map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the client's behalf.
* guide team members in effective client issue resolution and handle any escalations.
* develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* test new strategies for driving customer value.
