cx agent:
bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field (as appropriate for position) 3-5 years of experience as a cx agent cx certifications are a plus, but not required
senior cx agent:
bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field (as appropriate for position) 5-10+ years of experience as a cx agent cx certifications required
lead cx agent:
bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field (as appropriate for position) 10+ years of experience as a cx agent cx certifications required pe license preferred
