Pds tech, inc. is seeking production specialist painter for an open position in mckinney, tx

job description: paint operator will perform a variety of tasks in a manufacturing environment.duties will include masking and applying paint / coatings to advanced composite materials and products.the candidate may set up and operate a variety of paint equipment such as paint pots, spray guns, booths, paint robots, etc.the candidate may be asked to perform basic factory operations to support assembly operators.
 
required skills: ability to read / follow assembly instructions, diagrams / instructions, and prints.experience in applying paint / coating materials to surfaces through spray operations, this experience can be satisfied through the completion of technical training or apprenticeship.experience with paint pots, spray guns, spray booths, and paint robots.ability to obtain / maintain respirator physical.knowledge of basic paint operations.flexibility to work across shifts / off shift / weekends as needed.strong safety focus.ability to accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision.positive attitude and teaming skills.
