summary:

produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies. manufacturing experience, uses power tools, tooling, inspects tools for proper working order. must use judgement to know when to ask questions. must be able to communicate well with other employees.

job duties/responsibilities

perform work in a professional and safe manner, report unsafe work practices prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists. gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. assembles parts as instructed. maintains safe and clean work environment. conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. other duties as assigned. job requirements

skills/knowledge

require ability to operate forklifts and other material moving equipment ability to follow instructions.

education

high school diploma or equivalent.

experience

0-1 year of experience shop experience is a plus
