Electrical assembler (experienced) - united states, anderson

principal responsibilities and relationships:

request parts and supplies from the electrical parts storage for unit assembly. perform basic wiring from electrical device to control panel on units. read, interpret and follow assembly drawings, diagrams and schematics to determine electrical wiring interface with other departments for problem solving with the assembly process. identify cables and wires (i.e. molded cables, raw cables, connectors, parts, and how they are solder and assemble cables as understand how to use all the tools on tool list.                                                learn to master all aspects of job. perform testing on a variety of units upon completion. provide leadership and training to the electrical technician 1 employees. ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner. adhere to all company policies. follow all quality, health, safety and environmental programs attend work per schedule. possess all tools required for the position within 90 days of employment. perform other duties as assigned

job qualifications:

basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required must be able to lift up to 50 pounds must be able to work with limited supervision must have good eye to hand coordination must be able to effectively use hands to build electrical components must be able to work well with others in a confined space work environment high school diploma or equivalent preferred previous work experience or education in electrical/mechanic wiring required experience using hand tools required successfully complete job functional training as addressed by department manager ',
