our client is in need of an experienced payroll and benefits manager! this is a key role with a well-established organization and has the opportunity for growth and promotion! duties include timecard corrections, payroll, intake of new employees, assist employees with benefit and payroll related questions, code hr invoces, understanding, explanations, and assistance for employees, onboarding, reporting, handle wc/std/ltd cases, payroll changes and discussion. assist with projects and budgets in hr. file federal and state reports as needed. assist with a re-implementation of one of the organizations' hr toold.7+ years of payroll and benefit management experience, exceptional technical skills and ability to multi-task effectively, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines. 4 year degree and/or payroll or hr certifications highly desired. proficiency in microsoft excel and word a must! experience using blackbaud, isolved payroll and hris system a plus! basic proficiency in google based document management platforms, zoom and microsoft teams platforms also a plus!
