title: customer experience / merchant success coordinator
we are reshaping the future of delivery. we are an on-demand drone delivery service that can deliver food, coffee, medicine and other items within minutes. our service is faster, safer and produces far less pollution than traditional delivery.
we are looking for passionate and experienced customer service coordinators who are prepared to go above and beyond to delight our unique customers; enthusiastic self-starters excited to help grow and develop our evolving customer care program. you will be one of the first points of contact with customers, merchant partners and the general public.
reporting to the customer experience manager, your role will involve:
? managing and triaging incoming customer enquiries
? documenting and reporting on customer care issues
? monitoring key customer metrics
? upholding customer care policies
? facilitating merchant success by: ? onboarding new merchants ? providing support as required to merchants on-site ? building sustainable relationships with merchants through open and interactive communication
? office administration
? order fulfillment and package loading
? stock and inventory management
? additional tasks as required
skill/experience/education mandatory
ba degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years proven customer support/client service experience; account management and coordination experience; familiarity with crm systems and practices; exceptional communication skills across a variety of mediums; the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively desired
experience with developing customer care policies and reporting standards; creative flair with the ability to think flexibly and proactively; an interest in contributing observations and ideas on a customer-facing product as it develops and matures; a self-starter with an interest to grow into roles with more responsibility over time this particular client is requiring that all new hires show proof of covid-19 vaccination. however, accommodation considerations will be reviewed for those that cannot be vaccinated for medical, religious, or other reasons protected by law.
