major responsibilities
- receive and place telephone calls
- offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
- may support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- receive and send written business correspondence
- excellent customer service and office administrative skills- excellent computer skills
- no stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
- 2+ years of past relevant experience
- positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- familiarity with customer relationship management (crm) systems, e.g. act!, illustrator, highrise, and insightly
- proficiency in order entry
- adeptness in documentation
- experience with records maintenance
- general familiarity with microsoft word
- command of customer service
- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
- practical knowledge of microsoft excel
- inbound outbound calls experience
- demonstrated knowledge of resolve discrepancies
- microsoft outlook experience highly preferred
- ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
