we are currently seeking a part-time leasing consultant to join our team at [link available when viewing the job], a 154 unit apartment community in new brighton, mn.

in addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 3/31/22! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)

this role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus minus taxes upon submitting proof of covid-19 vaccination!

position summary:

as a leasing consultant, you will be responsible for responding to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner while presenting the apartment community in a positive light.

responsibilities:

showcase the property to prospects and convert them to qualified residentsanswer phones promptly and respond to all prospect inquiriesmaintain and follow up on leasing and application paperworkrecord traffic in yardiperform marketing and outreach for the property

qualifications:

previous leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience preferredsection 42 experience a plusyardi software experience preferredability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
