Director customer supply chain - united states, meymaneh
Reporting to the vp customer supply chain and logistics you will manage the direction, development and execution of customer supply chain management. you will manage the interface and coordination of customer supply chain management function with other teams, groups and systems, including logistics, customer service processes, order fulfillment, and invoicing/payment. you will direct coordination of efforts with appropriate functions to ensure customer specifications are implemented and maintained. 10 years related experience.
you will:
support both conagra and customer strategic programs while promoting the joint business planning business cycle.influence internal & external resources; work with leadership positions for continuous improvement.oversee customer metrics and initiate solutions that improve performance and closes business performance gaps.manage successful business transitions affecting the customer (acquisitions, divestitures, systems, policies, processes)lead a team of customer supply chain specialists that provide joint beneficial supply chain solutions with customers; while promoting continued business process improvement.provide thought leadership and evaluate business and trading partner landscape - identifying opportunities and required capabilities for continuous improvement and go-to-market definition.
you have:
b.s. degree preferred in supply chain-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.10 + years supply chain experience.knowledge of customer supply chain; strategies, programs and ability to articulate strategy and deliver results.understanding of the direct and indirect interactions between supply chain and other teams.understanding of supply chain programs, policies and processes affecting trading partner relationship.experienced knowledge in demand-driven supply chain practices, processes and systems.understanding of p&l levers and supply chain performance.experience leading through deliberate and thoughtful engagement.willingness to develop a business case for change.willingness to relocation preferred; some travel required.at this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the united states without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.
