The rn coordinator cares for the normal daily operational needs of the hvi diagnostic's rn team & patients under their care. overseeing the schedules, daily staffing, policies, education, safety events, and staff meetings.oversee new staff orientation.provide rn education, competencies, and perform/review audits for main campus and appropriate outreach clinic locations & regional partners (including but not limited to kirby, hoopeston, and danville).provide nursing evaluations in assistance with department manager.in collaboration with department manager, oversee department policy creation and updates.work with department manager on team member coaching and corrective action as needed.assist with timecard management.oversee daily staffing levels/scheduling.new workflow implementation and optimization.team patient safety event investigator.assist with team staff meetings.
