in this position you will be responsible for maintaining production uptime during the shift by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment. you will also be performing machine calibrations and facilities maintenance.

primary duties:

repair and maintain all production equipment according to sops as required to ensure equipment safety, reliability, efficiency, and product quality affect safe and timely laminator tooling and packaging equipment set ups as needed support machine operators during set up and as needed during production runs by troubleshooting laminator and packaging equipment problems maintain, and respond to, the requirements of the calibration and preventative maintenance systems perform routine maintenance, calibration, and facilities work as needed recommend opportunities for process improvement maintain departmental organization and cleanliness of tech shop and technical department areas of the cleanroom

qualifications:

ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed working knowledge and practical experience with hand and power tools ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.

hours:

1st shift 2nd shift must be flexible enough to work 2nd weekend of each month
