wsc is seeking a human resources manager to join our team and grow with the wsc family!

qualified candidates will possess strong leadership and management skills, including a drive to succeed , a strategic focus, and the ability to work with multi-industries. wsc divisions include vocational rehabilitation, clinical, staffing, homecare, residential, education, art, and production operations, all under the umbrella of work skills corporation, one of livingston county’s largest employers providing services throughout se michigan for almost 50 years.

qualifications:

a minimum of 3-5 years human resources management experience required bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or related degree required. sphr/shrm -scp certification is a plus. exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of leadership and adaptability, including a cool, calm, and caring demeanor ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
