this client is developing a revolutionary cloud security product for their customers who are hosting their resources in various cloud service providers like aws, azure, google cloud, etc.
they are looking for a full-time full stack java/react software development lead.
the ideal candidate will be a highly qualified, dedicated, and self-motivated candidate who is willing to work in a dynamic and agile environment.

responsibilities: 

build robust and scalable software in java springboot.
design and create services and system architecture, and contribute and provide feedback to other team members.
help improve our code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews.
participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products.
work with the design team to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.
dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule.
 
qualifications:

bs/ms degree in computer science, software engineering or related disciplines.
5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or served in a solutions architect role.
advanced java with springboot / reactjs stack, postgres, mongodb, git are required.
proven ability to troubleshoot and fix software issues.
hands on experience in designing, developing and implementing multi tier solutions as a developer in java springboot.
strong working knowledge of software engineering, development, testing, deployment, installation and integration practices.
rest api microservices framework using spring boot / spring, any nosql databases.
working knowledge of spring, hibernate. exposure to web/application servers e.g. apache, tomcat.
expertise in build automation tools (e.g. maven, ant).
working knowledge of any one rdbms product.
experience working in a collaborative environment.

plusses:

good knowledge of sso and authentication mechanisms.
python or other scripting experience.
experience managing agile development teams.
knowledge of it best practices and building cloud software or systems.
ability to lead staff through hands on work and support best practices through experience.
security+ ce, sscp, ccna security, or gsec certification.
