this position requires excellent multi-tasking skills to stay on top of your daily functions.

you will assist applicants through the application process and do phone interviews as well as other daily tasks. this is a busy position and you need to like to talk to people (applicants and clients) and be on the phone throughout of your day.there is a lot of documentation, so you need to be good at data entry (accuracy is a must).you need to stay focused on calling applicants to screen and schedule for interviews in our office.you need to be comfortable sitting at a desk, on the phone and computer most of your day. (you can get up to move around during the day, but the job is on the phone and computer)after you have learned this job, you will also be cross trained to do job placements.

pay: base of $15.00 hr, plus monthly bonus plan and benefits (including earned pto). this position will earn well beyond base wage, if you are doing your job well. do a good job and your pay will always be more than just your base pay ! shift: full time, monday – friday 8am-5pm (you will need to have the ability to stay later if needed, but this does not happen a lot)

the primary skills required for the position:

you must be a very strong multi-tasker and very detailed.strong phone, interpersonal and writing skills are an essential part of this role.possess excellent customer service skills…. know how to handle delicate situations. sometimes people get upset, you need to be able to deal with them.must have very strong organizational and time management skills.must have strong computer (basic ms excel, word, and outlook) and data entry skills (accurately type minimum 40+wpm, there is a lot of computer work and documentation with this job and accuracy is key).able to learn new computer programs quickly.need a desire to learn and grow (and cross train) within our company reliability is very important as you will be a vital member of this team.a college degree is desired but not required.
