virginia beach insurance company in search of a sales team leader that is responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
this role is primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, meeting & exceeding sales quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. infrequent travel may be required as needed to train sales team members in other states.

operations primary functions:
the sales team leader is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training their sales team with support from dept. head and hr/training departments. the primary focus of the sales team leader is to facilitate escalated and sustained growth of new business sales, to effectively coach for results and to grow the production and lead flow of the sales team. this position has the opportunity to grow and scale their sales team and to build out expansive sales territory in de, sc, nc and va. this position is poised for explosive growth, strong earning opportunity and career advancement within the company.
