revision energy is looking for an apprenticeship administrator to join our in-house apprentice program.  this role will serve in a company-wide capacity, some travel across our territory may be required. the ideal candidate will be located in or have plans to relocate to me, nh, or ma.

revision energy was founded in 2003 by two solar geeks in a garage and has grown to over 300 employee-owners spread across our physical locations in maine, new hampshire, and massachusetts. our offerings of products have grown to include solar panels, battery backup systems, electric vehicle infrastructure, heat pumps, and water heating equipment.

about the position: 

as an apprenticeship administrator, you’ll wear many different hats: planner, problem-solver, logistician, and a key liaison between the revision energy training center' (retc) programs and the apprentices. to be successful apprentice administrator, you should be detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. 

job responsibilities 

assist hiring team with recruitment and expectation setting for prospective apprentices manage apprentice registration with department of labor maintain inventory of program materials and distribute to apprentices upon enrollment in the revision energy training center (retc) programming coordinate and track apprentice credentials manage online training enrollment through company’s learning management system provide direct support to apprentices related to enrollment, credentialing, and transcript services monitor academic progress and link apprentices to relevant academic support prepare academic progress reports for distribution to managers assist with development of academic action plans for individual apprentices maintain apprentice and apprenticeship program records  provide compliance reporting to relevant governmental agencies coordinate mentorship program provide support to apprenticeship mentors, including continuing education coordinate regular meetings of program advisories coordinate scheduling and material logistics for in-person trainings assist retc director with development and maintenance of department policies provide administrative support to register new apprenticeship programs with relevant governmental agencies conduct regularly scheduled apprentice orientation meetings maintain inventory of program marketing materials and distribute to program participants and partners attend career fairs to assist with apprentice recruitment conduct evaluations of apprenticeship programs to assess performance and identify opportunities for program growth 

qualifications 

bachelor’s degree in workforce development, education, or a related field  strong organizational and prioritization skills, including ability to self-advocate with co-workers who are not direct reports  demonstrated results in successfully navigating bureaucratic processes demonstrated history of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-performing programs digital native with extensive experience in standard professional software, including microsoft products, web-based applications, mobile applications, and videoconferencing platforms strong communication skills, including ability to select proper medium for communication  accessibility: if you need an accommodation as part of the employment process please contact human resources at [link available when viewing the job]
