the network operations administrator is responsible to plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of supporting our network. maintain connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of the organization's it assets. this includes, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.

about you:

four-year university degree or college diploma required, preferably in the field of computer science or other related academic fields5 years of relevant work/management experience5 years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide lans, wans, wlans, vpns, etc.exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.2 years successful leadership of an infrastructure team.excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, includingcore switching/routing, ssl/ipsec, mpls, network security, cisco aci, load balancers, business continuity and disaster recovery.experience in interpreting the applicability of local and federal laws/regulations (including data privacy practices and laws) to company operations.hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, modems, network interface cards, and so on.knowledge and understanding of system flow charts, data processing concepts, and telecommunications principles.ability to build and maintain working relationships in a fast pace environmentstrong understanding and experience using project management best practices

what you'll do:

ensure security within the networks and protecting vulnerable assets.coordinate with the hardware and software suppliers, negotiate with them and place necessary orderstroubleshoot any kind of hardware and software problems at the end users site and make sure that there is no problem in accessing any resource for the usersmaintain security patches and ios versions.maintain remote monitoring systems and keep a track of the use of resources provide to the employees and the end userssets authentication and authorization and restricts users from accessing important and vital information available.
