responsibility... for the planning, control and execution of the prototype production of our air conditioning systems for rail vehicles
control... of external production partners and ensuring timely series production
development... and optimisation of existing production and manufacturing processes as well as establishing new manufacturing partners
planning... of resources and capacities
cooperation... with internal interfaces within and outside the group
shaping... the mobility of the future
your profile
completed technical education (htl, master craftsman's examination or technical university degree) several years of experience as a production manager success in optimising production processes (assembly processes, quality assurance, logistics, materials management) experience with lean management methods conversational english, both written and spoken sap knowledge is an advantage experience in the railway or air conditioning industry is an advantage reliability willingness to travelwhat we offer
