Havasu regional medical center
collects, decontaminates, stores and distributes all reusable supplies and patient care equipment in the hospital. the primary purpose of the central sterile technician-certified position is to receive soiled and contaminated instruments, equipment and trays from surgery, nursing units and patient care departments.
reports to: clinical nurse manager/director

minimum education
x high school diploma or equivalent required

requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
