 virginia beach production company in need of an experienced assistant production planner.

requirements:

1-year minimum experience working in a production environment.working knowledge of ms office.proficient in math and statistics.excellent communication abilities experience with erp systems (i.e. sap, navision) is preferred.

pay: $18.00 hr shift: 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm – full time

 

daily task will include the following but not limited to:

provide support and assistance to the procurement manager in production planning.run weekly planning tool in erp system.schedule manufacturing orders as per the planning tool and approved production schedule.verify operator entries on work orders documents and databases.close completed manufacturing orders in erp system.track production efficiencies using erp system.manage availability of consumable production supplies.must be able to work with others on a team.must demonstrate professional conduct at all time.must arrive to work timely and demonstrate a commitment to excellent performance.
