responsibilities:

working directly with the ats management team to assess the hiring needs and create requisitionsdevelop sourcing plans to encompass all possible resources and targetsreviewing and select candidates based on qualifications through telephone and personal interviewscoordinating activities relating to interview evaluations, pre-employment testing, reference checking, and department decision on final offerreviewing pre-employment processing to ensure quality of hirenegotiating salary with top candidatesconfirming offers in writing and processes necessary paperwork to close requisitionupdating requisition data base as needed to ensure accurate and timely reportsparticipating in college, military and community career fairs, on-campus interviews, and presentations to highlight ats opportunitiesproviding backup for other members of department as needed

qualifications:

must have: bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 1 - 3 years recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experiencerecruiting experience in a manufacturing environment preferredability to work successfully with computers and software ms word, powerpoint, excelexperienced recruitment skills including sourcing, interviewing, and placement preferredexperience in recruiting professional, technical, and industrial fields preferredproven customer satisfaction and team interaction skillsability to maintain confidentiality, manage stress, and have a high sense of urgencybenefits:medical/dental plansprescription drug programvision plan401(k) with company matchtuition reimbursementflexible spending account
