the role reports to the testing & laboratory manager and is located in new berlin, wisconsin.
research and development (r&d) test team support new product development thru test verification and validation. to do our job efficiently, we need to develop effective test processes and automation.

your responsibilities
maintain/update current web base test management system (tms)solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular codework independently to implement new functionalities in task management system using python, reactjs, html, and cssmanage, read, and update postgresql databaseevaluate system speed and optimize for performancecollaborate closely with the team to understand requirements and build new features and infrastructuredevelop new web base functionalities to track lab resourcesdevelop functionalities to measure test efficiencycreate/develop web base dashboard to display information related to tms and lab resource utilizationsolve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular codework independently to implement new functionalities in task management system using python, reactjs, html, and cssmanage, read, and update postgresql databaseevaluate system speed and optimize for performancecollaborate closely with the team to understand requirements and build new features and infrastructurefull ownership of front-end and back-end development
your background
must be pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in computer scienceminimum gpa of 3.0self-motivated and result oriented familiar with python, reactjs and relational databases. knowledge of flask framework is a bonus! basic algorithms and data structures knowledge handful projects experience using rest apis architectureproficient in using ms office and creating macroscurrently enrolled in a degree program in the usmust be currently authorized to work for abb in the us
