**this internship will be held in summer 2022 and is for incoming juniors or seniors in high school (currently sophomores or juniors) in the omaha area who at least 16 years old. **

this internship is based out of our office at 12720 i street in omaha.
responsibilities
sets up vendor accounts and understands vendor agreements. understands when and how to perform intercompany billings. demonstrates proper payables processing and troubleshoots overdue payments. completes requisitions and purchase orders in our gep system. comprehends the time entry process and systems used to properly pay all employees every week. understands kiewit's accounting policies for recognizing forecasted cost and revenue. reviews costs, budget structure, and reports; makes appropriate corrections to achieve desired outcome. makes forecast and budget adjustments within our planful system. understands and maintains hcm organizational structure. makes workforce planning adjustments within our planful system. review weekly expiring contracts and email expiring contract sponsor asking if contract can be closed or if further action (renewal) is needed.

must be an incoming high school junior or senior in the omaha area in summer 2022(currently a sophomore or junior) must be 16 years of age or older ability to work from assigned omaha office for the duration of the internship must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
