Sign language interpreter (sli) 2022-2023 school year - united states, killeen

we're looking for an exceptional sign language interpreter (sli) for a full-time position in fort hood, tx who can start on august 2nd and work through may 25th of the 2022-2023 school year. this role will interpret a variety of students who have been identified as deaf or hard of hearing. the current caseload is 1 to 2 kindergarten through high school/early college high school students. this sli will be assigned to various school sites, working 37.50 hours per week.

job requirements for sign language interpreter (sli):

desire to bring life-giving excellence to school-aged children 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience as a sign language interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum) valid sign language interpreter license or credential in the state of practice, or ability to obtain onestate school services credential where required
