a passion for customer service and sales 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience (preferred)6+ months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)knowledge of mobile devices and operating systemsability to work a flexible retail schedulea passing background check (criminal and drug test)basic knowledge of microsoft office
