Administrative assistant - part time - united states, doctor sobral
a local commercial real estate and property management company is looking for a part time administrative assistant to support their property management team.
hours: monday - friday / 9am - 2pm
benefits: pto, paid holidays and 401(k) w/ matching and fun summer hours!
provide a variety of administrative and operational duties as they related to the property manager
perform a variety of general clerical duties including: telephones, spreadsheets, database entries and other duties as requested
candidates will be very detail oriented for this fast paced environment
communicate daily with vendors, including trades people, and tenants
provide a high level of customer service to commercial tenants
excellent oral and written communication skills
assist property management leadership as needed
record keeping of tenant leases, and relative sensitive paperwork
looking for someone energetic to join this vibrant team, adapt and learn and provide strong administrative and customer service to the commercial tenants and property management team!
knowledge of microsoft word, excel
use microsoft calendar and property management portal for calendar reminders and scheduling
quickbooks a plus for light administrative bookkeeping
