we have an immediate need for a edi analyst to join an industry leading company specializing in building materials and construction. this is a contract onsite role located in santa ana, ca. this role will be dealing with calling, documenting and working with third party vendors.
what you will do:
meet with internal business users to discuss their edi requirements and needs.collect vendor/supplier contact information and details from our internal purchasing teamset up introductory meetings with our vendors and suppliers to understand their edi readiness and willingness to workcoordinate and work with our edi implementation partner to build customized data interchange systems and testingcomplete the testing and debugging of the systemcoordinate and work with users to complete the user testing and gather user feedback on the system's accuracy, efficiency, and functionality.resolve the system issues, adjusting and customizing the system based on user feedback.coordinate and come up with a deployment checklist to deploy the completed systems without any downtimeprovide post-go-live and maintenance support.train the fbm end-users on the proper use of the system.
