responsibilities:

semi oem product manager navigates evolving business landscapes to achieve strategic objectives for sensor products driving smarter manufacturing in semi, display, pharma, optical, environmental and other adjacent markets. continuously drives improvement in existing products while determining the feasibility, desirability, and viability of new solutions. leads cross functional teams to engage with critical stakeholders to uncover and validate market needs. champions an entrepreneurial mindset throughout interdisciplinary new product development teams. promotes the customer experience and collaborates with global teams to meet both product innovation goals and commercial targets. develops strategic direction combining market intelligence and financial analysis. applies creativity and optimism to problem solving, and negotiations. uses passion for continuous improvement to uncover new possibilities for team and products.

job requirements

experienced with a solid track record of strong leadership bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering or sciences)8+ years product management have people leadership successesexperienced in business development:  interpreting market trends, seeking user feedback, identifying growth opportunities, idea generation, contract management, and financial analysis.motivated by building strong teams and driving communication across an organization to accelerate team learningenergized by technology and looking to drive significant improvements in manufacturing of the world’s critical ics, displays, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, environmental systems and beyond.direct customer interaction that requires global travel (up to 25%).
