requirements

5+ years of marketing leadership at a tech company2+ years of marketing leadership in cryptob2b and b2c marketing experienceextensive experience with all sides of tech marketing leadership and implementationability to balance creative and quantitative sides of marketingexcel in highly distributed remote teamshigh emotional intelligence with an ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovativelyextensive knowledge of data analysis and marketing analytical softwareextensive knowledge with consumer segmentation based on productextensive knowledge implementing social / guerilla marketing campaigns - especially in crypto.exceptional verbal and written communication skillsfluent / native in spoken and written englishhighly autonomous; you thrive on fast-paced and iterative learning-by-doingintrinsic desire to build alongside a passionate and mission-driven team whose values align with yours
