Spherion is immediately hiring for production team members for temp to hire opportunities in ne columbia! in this role you will perform a variety of positions throughout the manufacturing facility in a safe, effective, and accurate manner while following procedures and processes. this is a temp-to-hire role that will prepare you for full time hire with a national food industry leader!

day: 6am - 6:15pm and night: 6pm - 6:15am shifts available

responsibilities:
some things you might be doing include:
- assist machine operators with gathering production supplies and packaging materials, and loading equipment (e.g. dumping boxes and lifting stacks of cardboard boxes).
- assist in hand-packing and hand-stacking product/cases onto pallets.
- emptying and disposing of outdated product.

working hours: various shifts available

skills:
- must be able to stand and walk for up 10 hour shifts
- must be able to lift up to 30lbs occasionally
- must be ok working in an area with strong food smells such as coffee and seasonings

education:
no degree required

experience:
0-1 years

qualifications:
- must be able to maintain a reliable attendance record
- must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- must adhere to food safety/quality standards
