adds new accountsresponsible to ensure users are addedresponsible to ensure org changes are reflected in crm data as requiredadds new leadsfollows up on leads directly, handover to sales or resellers where appropriateprovide assistance to sales to ensure all opportunity data is kept current and accurate

customers

point of contact for initial inquiriespoint of contact for order follow upcommunicate updates of sales order status to account managers and customersensure centralized support agreement planning with service renewal teamnotify customers of successful account creation and business terms offeredfollow up with customer to confirm satisfaction

internal support

support order management when pos and quotes are not 100% alignedhelp sales with informational and report requests as required to support sales activitieswork to ensure marketing campaigns are better targeted

additional information:

bi-lingual a big plus.

account manager owns the integrity of accounts in crm. inside sales assists.

inside sales would be a poc for order updates
