job description:

the agile portfolio manager will provide oversight to domain-level governance for scrum@scale product deliveries across the core brokerage organization.the agile pm will play a significant role in ensuring that all portfolio investments are aligned to the objectives and kpis to meet short and long term business needs and value expectations.this person will also drive domain-level information delivery and provide value by collaborating with product area leads to define, analyze, and report out on portfolio-level risks, metrics, and information related to value delivery.the position will report to the head of the cross domain initiative center of excellence.what's needed in order to do that: portfolio value alignment & agile governance govern portfolio efforts in a scaled agile environment.lead all aspects of the achievement and risk "blockers"related to product deliveries.partner with product area leads to develop and review business cases, linking business benefits to investments for funding and allocation requests.ensure scaled agile governance processes and decisions are applied consistently.help with adhoc requests from cio and office of the cio.portfolio transparency, metrics, & risk be responsible for the creation and review of key metrics, outcomes, and reporting related to key achievements and objectives.assess and report the health of portfolio deliveries with objectivity, accuracy, and clarity.ensure that appropriate partners are engaged in risk identification and mitigation.predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries.

strong ability to craft and implement reports; ability to analyze data and present it in a way that tells a story.outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.ability to work with a collaborative approach and build trust.experience with ambiguity, can handle the unexpected with flexibility.ability to establish relationships and work cross-functionally with diverse leaders.experience being responsible for enterprise and large budget it initiatives.able to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
